Relax & Renew Yoga
Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm
Breathing, gentle stretching, poses supported by blocks, bolsters, the wall, with relaxing music and inspiring quotes creating an environment of healing for body, mind & soul. Great for all levels.
Invigorating Flow
Fridays 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Mindful breath awareness, followed by a series of sun salutations, balancing and stretching poses and gentle ending relaxation. Feel challenged and energized, easing daily life stressors. Leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. Suitable for all levels.
