Cecelia's classes:

Yoga Basics

Mondays 6:00-7:15 pm

Learn the fundamentals of yoga in a gentle, supportive environment, exploring mindful breathing, a variety of mediation practices and poses and yoga philosophy to foster healthier, more balanced living, whatever your current life challenges might be.

 

Relax & Renew Yoga

Wednesdays 6:00-7:30 pm

Breathing, gentle stretching, poses supported by blocks, bolsters, the wall, with relaxing music and inspiring quotes creating an environment of healing for body, mind & soul. Great for all levels.

 

Invigorating Flow

Fridays 8:30-9:30 a.m.

Mindful breath awareness, followed by a series of sun salutations, balancing and stretching poses and gentle ending relaxation. Feel challenged and energized, easing daily life stressors. Leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. Suitable for all levels.

Stress Relief Kundalini Yoga

Thursdays 9:30 - 10:15 a.m.

Reduce stress & promote inner peace. Warm up up to music, followed by a series of movements (Kriya), & a meditation to help you strengthen your nervous system & improve your overall health. Class ends with deep relaxation including principles of iRest (Yoga Nidra). Learn relaxation techniques including breath & hand positions (mudras).

 

iRest Meditation & Relaxation

Thursdays 4:30-5:30 p.m.

A practice of deep relaxation & meditative inquiry that helps release negative emotions & thought patterns as well as calming the nervous system. You will be led through body, breath, & energy awareness. The majority of the class is done primarily while resting on the back supported by blankets and/or bolsters. You are invited to bring pillows, blankets, & an eye cover if you wish. Registration is required.

 

Aquarian Age Kundalini Yoga

Thursdays 6:00 - 7:15 p.m.

The Aquarian Age brings transformation on many levels. To help you through many of life's changes Kundalini Yoga will build physical strength & endurance, energize the body while promoting emotional well-being, & develop strength & balance to the immune & glandular system. We use sets of yogic movements (Kriyas), breathing practices (Pranayama), Meditation, sound (Mantra), & deep relaxation including the principles of iRest.
